Erich LEJEUNE, Holder of Order of Merit of the Republic of Germany
Erich Lejeune grew up in Dorfen, Bavaria, Germany. Today he is living together with his swiss wife Irène in Munich. Following his vocational training as a wholesaler in a Munich electrical goods business, he entered business in 1961 taking on leadership roles in the sales departments of 2 companies in the electrical industry. In 1976 Erich J. Lejeune founded ce CONSUMER ELECTRONIC AG. He had realised early on the economic and strategic potential of microchips and was one of the pioneers of e-commerce. As one of the first German companies in the microchip market, ce CONSUMER ELECTRONIC AG was already opening branches in Tokyo in 1979 and Silicon Valley, USA in 1981. In 1999, a year after the company’s entry into the “new market” of the German stock exchange, Erich Lejeune founded the world’s first virtual stock exchange for chips, with 500 companies participating worldwide. With this, he revolutionised the semiconductor market. Under Lejeune’s leadership, the stock market value of the company rose for a time to over 3 billion Deutschmarks  
   

William COLLINS, Rotterdam School of Management
Bill Collins is Senior Academic at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and teaches in-company management development programmes and classes in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour. Bill has taught programmes for AstraZeneca, Kendrion, Vopak, Corus, Henry Schein, Pliva, Unilever, Deutsche Telekom and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before moving to the Netherlands, taught executives at Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, where he was also the Director of the Human Resource Center. Previously, Bill was a Human Resource consultant at Towers Perrin, one of the world’s largest global management consulting firms, in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. His work also included the development of competency based training systems and the development frameworks for attracting, selecting and retaining talents. Bill received his Ph.D. and Master’s degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, USA.

   
Beth KORN, Alumni Career Coach, Kellogg School of Management
Beth Korn brings her coaching clients a wealth of real-life industry experience as well as deep involvement in the world of career coaching. Beth has coached over 250 clients in 8 different countries and across 20 states in the U.S. She brings to her coaching work an extensive background in strategic marketing, executive training, and business education.  Previously, Beth held senior marketing positions with Fortune 100 companies across the U.S.  Her employers included AT&T, Kraft, and Washington Mutual.  Beth has independent business consulting experience with a variety of Cable and Telecom organizations, including Mediacom, AT&T, and Net2Phone. A native of New York, Beth holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Marketing and International Business, and she trained at the Copenhagen Business School’s Advanced Program in International Management.  Beth holds a BA, with honors, from the University of Michigan.  Her professional coaching certifications are from The Coaching Institute.  
   
Hannah GREENWOOD, Managing Director, Cascãd & London Business School
Hannah is a leading international teacher and Executive Coach who works with individuals and global teams, from senior executives to board level, to facilitate creative enquiry and implement change. She specialises in Transformational Leadership, Personal Impact and Communication. Formerly a teacher of English Literature and Language and Head of Counselling Courses at the Metanoia Training Institute for Psychotherapy, Hannah combines her teaching and therapeutic expertise to enable individuals to engage with their passion and to achieve excellence in their chosen field. Clients include London Business School, WPP, the BBC, the Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds, Nestlé, Roche Pharmaceuticals and Danone. Hannah is also an Associate Tutor and Coach on Leadership Development programmes at London Business School, including the Senior Executive Programme, MBA, Sloan Fellowship.
