Established in 2007, the Joint Alumni Conference (JAC) brings together alumni and faculity of the world’s top business schools and universities to explore the future of business. The unique mix of business leaders, professors and selected leaders of tomorrow creates an unique platform to address pressing business issues and exchange latest business thinking. The JAC conference is organized by alumni of top business schools.

Better Business – Better World
While being founded and hosted in Switzerland, the annual JAC conference covers topics of regional and global relevance thereby being relevant for alumni and faculty from around the world. Alumni and faculty attend the conference to access top management expertise, get inspired by distinguished business thought-leaders, network with peers and eventually contribute to the overarching JAC mission  ”Better Business – Better World”.

Since its launch over 1000 alumni and more than 180 alumni/faculty attend one of the six JAC conference. Among the distinguished speakers were Deans of IE Business School, IMD, INSEAD, London Business School and SDA Bocconi and Chairmen, CEOs and Founders of Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Novartis, Facebook, GM and many more.

Tomorrow’s Leaders

To connect today’s business leaders with tomorrow’s leaders, JAC collaborates with AIESEC, the world’s largest youth-run organization with over 86,000 members. A selected number of highly talented leaders of tomorrow are invited to participate and contribute to the JAC conference. For this purpose an international student contest is held around the world.

Executive Education

Since there is no other place in the world where so many alumni and representatives of top business schools come together, the JAC conference provides prospective candidates of premier executive education programmes with the opportunitiy to get to know various top executive education programmes in the Business Schools Expo on the eve of the JAC conference.

Business Schools meet Top Decision Makers
On the other hand, business schools representatives are given the opportunity to meet top decision makers and talent leaders at the JAC conference to understand current needs in executive education and to share the latest development of their executive education programmes thereby leveraging an unique plattform to promote their school and identify new candidates.
